Kartsutra ships across India with fast, reliable delivery through trusted partners like Delhivery, BlueDart, and India Post. Orders process within 1-3 business days, with delivery in 3-7 days for metro cities and 5-10 days for remote areas.

Shipping Rates
- Free Shipping on orders over ₹999
- Standard (₹79): 3-7 business days
- Express (₹149): 2-4 business days
- Rates calculated at checkout based on weight and location

Processing & Delivery Times
Orders placed before 2 PM IST ship same/next day. Total delivery: processing (1-3 days) + transit time. Weekends/holidays excluded. Track your order via email link once shipped.

Shipping Restrictions
- No shipping to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses
- Rural/remote areas may incur extra 2-3 days
- Currently India-only (international coming soon)

Lost/Damaged Shipments
Contact support@kartsutra.com within 48 hours with order # and photos. Replacements issued for damaged goods; lost packages tracked via courier claim process.
